The seven steps we follow on every project
Nothing here changes by project size. A five-page brochure site and a full online store go through the same steps, just with more detail at each one.

Discovery and consultation
One call to work out what the website actually has to do for your business, before anything else is decided.

Planning and strategy
We plan the pages and write the copy with you. This is the step that usually sets your launch date, more than the build itself.

Custom design

Development
Once the design is signed off, we build it, and you can watch it come together.

Testing and quality assurance
Content goes in, then every page is checked for speed and search, and every form is tested on a real phone before anyone else sees it.

Launch
The site goes live. If you had an existing site, old pages are redirected so you keep the rankings you have already earned.

Ongoing support
The site is yours. We are here if you want us, and out of the way if you do not.

How long does the whole process take?
Four to six weeks for most sites, counting from the day we have your content. Getting the words and photos together is usually what sets the date, more than the build itself.
What do you need from me to get started?
A sense of what the site needs to achieve, and whatever you already have: a domain, a logo, photos, an existing site. We tell you exactly what is missing on the first call.
Will I deal with the same person throughout?
Yes. No account managers, and nobody new turning up halfway through the project.
