Construction and trade website design Websites that bring Irish builders and trades more quote requests

We build websites for builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers and painters around Ireland. Yours shows the jobs you have finished, the areas you cover, and how to reach you, on the phone your customers are searching from.

What you get

What a trade website has to do in the first ten seconds

Someone with a leak or a roof to replace searches, opens three sites and rings whichever one answers fastest. Yours has to say you can do this job, you cover this area, and here is how to get you out.

  • A page per service So a search for that one job lands on it, rather than on a list of everything you do.
  • Job galleries Finished work, shown properly. It settles the question a list of services cannot.
  • Areas you cover Spelled out, so nobody rings about a job two counties away and nobody skips you.
  • Call and quote buttons Tap to ring, a short quote form and WhatsApp if that is how you prefer to work.
  • Certification on show Insurance, Safe Pass and trade body membership, where people actually look for them.
  • Local search setup Titles, headings and schema markup that tell Google what you do and where.

Who we build for

Website design for builders and trades across Ireland

Whether you are a one-van operation or a construction firm with crews on several sites, the structure is much the same. What changes is the proof: a roofer needs photos, an electrician needs certification, and an emergency plumber needs to be one tap from a phone call.

Business Website Design
  • Builders and contractors

Extensions, renovations and new builds, each with its own page and its own gallery.

  • Plumbers and heating

Emergency call-outs first, boiler servicing and bathrooms after. Speed decides this one.

  • Carpenters and joiners

Fitted kitchens, wardrobes and stairs, shown as finished work rather than described.

    Carpenter website design

  • Roofers

Repairs, re-roofing and guttering, with the areas you travel to and a quick quote form.

    Roofing website design

  • Painters and decorators

Interior and exterior work side by side, with before and after shots doing the selling.

    Painter website design

  • Not your trade?

These are the ones we are asked for most, not a limit. Plasterers, landscapers, tilers and groundworkers all want the same three answers from a website.

How it works

How we work, from first call to live

You deal with the same person the whole way through. No account managers and nobody new turning up halfway. Most trade sites go from the first call to live in 4 to 6 weeks.

Step 1 of 5

First call

One call to work out which jobs you want more of, and which ones you would rather stop getting.

Get a fixed quote

  • Which services earn most, and which you would happily drop
  • The counties and towns you actually travel to
  • What photos you already have, and what still needs taking
  • A fixed written quote and a start date, agreed on that call

Step 2 of 5

Services and areas

We give each job you want to be found for its own page, and write out the areas you cover.

See our full process

  • One page per service, so a search for that job can land on it
  • Your service areas written out, county by county
  • Insurance, Safe Pass and trade body numbers gathered in one go
  • Page titles planned around what people actually type

Step 3 of 5

Photos and proof

Finished jobs do the selling. We get them onto the site at a size that still opens on a phone.

See work we have built

  • A gallery per service, rather than one mixed pile
  • Before and after pairs where the job suits it
  • Images compressed so a phone on site still loads them
  • Reviews beside the enquiry form, not on a page of their own

Step 4 of 5

Checked on site

Opened on a real phone, outdoors, because that is where your customers will first see it.

Replacing an older site?

  • Tap to call and the quote form tested end to end
  • Speed checked on mobile data, not office wifi
  • SSL, hosting and GDPR-friendly forms sorted before you go live
  • Your Google Business Profile pointed at the new site

Step 5 of 5

Once you are live

The site is yours. Add a finished job to the gallery yourself, or leave it to us.

See care plans

  • Shown how to add a job to the gallery before we hand over
  • You own the site, the domain and the photos
  • Ring or email us when you are stuck, with no ticket system
  • A care plan from €49 a month if you would rather not touch it
Honest pricing

FAQs

Questions builders and trades ask us

Straight answers on price, timing, job photos and getting found locally.

Question not answered here? Ask us

How much does a trade website cost in Ireland?

Ours start at €1,500. What moves the price is how many services you list, whether you want a gallery of finished jobs, and whether enquiries come in by form, phone or WhatsApp. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and that is what you pay.

We are a two-man operation. Is a website worth it?

It is worth it when you are turning down the wrong jobs. A website will not make the phone ring more on its own, but it lets you say what you do and do not take on before anyone rings, which means fewer quotes given for work you never wanted.

Can you show photos of our finished jobs?

Yes. A gallery of real jobs does more for a trade website than any amount of copy. We set it up so you can add before and after photos yourself, and we can build full project pages for the jobs worth writing up.

Will it help us show up in local searches?

It gives you what Google needs to place you: a page for each service, the towns and counties you cover written out in plain text, and schema markup that says what you do and where. Your Google Business Profile and your reviews do the rest, so we tell you what to do about both.

Can we add new jobs ourselves after launch?

Yes. You get a simple editor for photos, services and text, and we walk you through it before you go live. If you would rather we did it, our care plans cover updates from €49 a month.

We get everything by word of mouth already. What would a website add?

Word of mouth still ends in a search. Someone is given your name, types it into Google and decides from whatever comes up. If that is a Facebook page last posted to in 2023, the recommendation loses some of its force on the way.
